IAOHIF Franchisor Issue Reporting Form

The Independent Association of Home Instead Franchisees (IAOHIF) has created this form to provide members with a structured way to report any issues or concerns they may have with the Home Instead Corporate Office, including but not limited to, lack of support, problems with selling, purchasing or renewing a franchise.

The purpose of this form is to:

  1. Catalog and track issues – By documenting concerns from multiple franchisees, we can identify patterns and common challenges.
  2. Share with IAOHIF Legal Counsel – The information gathered will be shared with and assessed by the Association’s attorneys and they will advise as appropriate.
  3. Advocate for Franchisees – With a clear record of concerns, IAOHIF and its counsel can work toward constructive discussions and solutions with the Franchisor.

This need was identified during our recent Annual Meeting, where it became clear that many franchisees were facing similar challenges with Home Instead Corporate. By collecting this information in a structured way, we can better support our members and strengthen our collective voice.

All submissions will be kept confidential and used only for the purposes outlined above. We encourage all members to provide detailed and factual information regarding their concerns.
