Our Mission: The Independent Association of Home Instead Franchisees, Inc. exists to foster a cooperative and collaborative relationship with the Franchisor, to grow the Home Instead brand, and to safeguard the profitability and resale value of independently owned and operated franchised businesses.
Association Purpose
- To advocate for the needs, interests and goals of our Members.
- To foster and promote the interests of Home Instead Franchise Offices and owners.
- To protect and enhance the economic investments of Home Instead Franchisees.
- To unite Home Instead Franchisees in a national, system-wide association to act in unison upon matters affecting our Franchise businesses.
- To cooperate for the improvement of the legal, business and financial conditions of Home Instead Franchisees.
- To be a centralized hub of accurate and reliable information for our Members.
- To establish and perpetuate efficient and economical group purchasing cooperatives and enterprises for the benefit of our Members.
- To articulate and advocate the needs and interests of our Members before legislative, administrative and judicial branches of local, state and national governments.
